Both uncontrolled anger and suppressed anger are unhelpful to us and could even be harmful to ourselves as well as our loved ones. In counselling for anger management, we will work together to identify triggers of your anger and your tipping point. I will journey with you, help you gain awareness of the escalation of your angry feelings, and unpack your thoughts behind those feelings. I will offer support to you as we derive some ways to cope with angry feelings and to channel the anger in a healthy way for you and your loved ones.
