During the times of losses, we are often overwhelmed with sadness. Moreover, moving forward in life after experiencing a loss could be a daunting task. In grief and loss counselling, I offer a safe space for you to mourn and express your hurt. Together, we will unpack the meaning of the loss to you, and seek consolation. Meanwhile, I will offer support to you when you are ready to move forward and cope with some changes in your life after the loss.
